We offer a 60-day return window, meaning you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be returned within 60 days of delivery
  • The device must not be damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Original packaging is preferred, but not required, to initiate a return
  • Proof of purchase is required

Bundle Purchases:
If you purchased a bundle, all items included in the bundle must be returned together to qualify for a refund. Partial bundle returns are not eligible.

      Note: Normal signs of use from product testing are acceptable. Products returned with excessive wear, damage, or signs of misuse may not be eligible for a full refund.

 

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please get in touch with us at hello@vantoro.co with your order number.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Free promotional items and bundle components must be returned with the main item to qualify for a refund.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging, so we can quickly review and resolve the issue.

 

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards 
  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification.

To qualify for a full refund, all items in the order—including bundle components and any promotional items—must be returned together.

Returned items must be in reasonable condition, and proof of purchase is required.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund
