3. Will my items arrive together?
Items included in bundles may ship separately depending on availability. If this happens, you’ll receive tracking details for each shipment so you can follow your order easily.
4. Where is my shipping confirmation email?
Shipping confirmation emails are typically sent within 24–48 hours after your order is processed. During high-volume periods or holidays, this may take slightly longer. Please check your spam or promotions folder as well.
5. Why hasn't my tracking information updated yet?
Tracking details may take 2–4 business days to update after your order has been processed. If your tracking hasn't updated after this period, please get in touch with us at hello@vantoro.co and we'll be happy to look into it.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Delivery times and shipping fees may vary by location. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
